OUR PROMISE VERITY FARMS beef will be the standard to which all other meats are to be compared. Raised with pride by family farmers without added hormones or growth promotants, no animal by-products fed or antibiotics are administered to cattle on this program. This program combines soil stewardship, crop production and livestock production along with many years of practical knowledge and scientific principles.
VERITY FARMS producers are from Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota and they follow a strict protocol for the production of their grain, which requires three years of preparation of the ground. Following the three years of conditioning and cleansing of the soil, the soil is tested and must be free of more than 300 chemical residues. The grain used to feed our cattle must pass this same test before qualifying to be fed to Verity Farms cattle. The end result is the highest quality beef available, raised for our customer's total eating enjoyment.
